Ms. Lea, Co-Director
I'm Ms. Lea. I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have lived in Loveland since 2016. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, and have worked with children in a preschool setting since 2013. Outside of PDO, I love to cook, garden, paint, and visit the ocean. I am also learning the ukulele. My husband, Aaron, and I have two little boys (ages 4 & 6), one little dog, two cats, and lots of extended family in the area that we love to spend time with.
Ms. Catherine, Co-Director
Hi! I'm Ms. Catherine. I am excited to be working in the church I grew up in. My role here at PDO is a small way I can give back to the building and community that has seen me through all walks of life. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, but most of my experience has been in early childhood. I love to snuggle, explore, learn, and grow with the littles! My husband, Bob, and I have a blended family with 6 kids and 5 grandkids. My daughter, Sarah, is going to grad school in Boulder, and my son, Matthew, is a freshman at CSU. In my spare time, I love going to musicals, building large LEGO sets, playing board games with my family, and spoiling our dog, Scout.

Ms. Ashley
I'm Ms. Ashley. I am a mom of 2 children, ages 2 & 6. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have been working with children in early childhood on & off for 15 years. In my free time, I love to paint, create, write, journal, and spend time with my family. I love & adore PDO and I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to work and be apart of the PDO community. Whenever I talked about PDO, I call it a hidden gem. I'm looking forward to a great year!
Ms. Rachel
I'm Rachel. I am from Washington state. I graduated from the University of Washington and am in grad school at CSU for school counseling! Since high school, I have worked with kids as a teacher, nanny, and coach. I am very passionate about creating safe and flourishing learning spaces for kids and am so excited to do that here at PDO! In my free time, I love to craft, read, hike, and spend time with my fiancé and our dog!

Ms. Ella
I'm Ms. Ella. I have worked in Early Childhood Education since 2016. I have my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as a Masters in Early Childhood Education. I love engaging in play-based, hands-on learning with students. I have two daughters who will also be attending PDO this year. I am so excited to see your little one grow this year!
Ms. Ana
Hello! My name is Ms. Ana and I have been in childcare since 2016. I have worked with infants up to 6 years old. I have a love for littles and am so thankful to have the opportunity to teach and nurture your little one. I come from a big family. Being one of the oldest, family means so much to me! My fiancé and I have an almost 2-year-old son. I had the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom for the first couple of years. Now, here I am at PDO, where I can have the best of both worlds - being a mom and helping to teach your little one. I'm so excited for this school year!
Ms. Karen
I'm Ms. Karen. I have a background in preschool teaching and school counseling. I was a stay at home mom for many years as well as an ES classroom volunteer. I am married to Robert and have two sons, Evan (22) and Colin (20). In my free time, I like to play tennis, hike, read, and walk my dog, Marley.

Ms. Stephanie
My name is Ms. Stephanie. I grew up here in Northern Colorado and met my husband, Tim, at TCU in Fort Worth, TX. Before our children were born, I taught 3rd grade. Tim is in his 25th year of teaching and currently teaches math at Rocky Mountain High School. Our children are Mackenna (16), Connor (14), and Corey (11). We love to camp, hike, ski, play soccer, run, and travel together. I'm excited to help your children grow and learn at PDO this year!
Ms. Gabbi
Hello, my name is Ms. Gabbi! I am a previous elementary school teacher with 7 years of experience. This is my third year here at PDO. My husband and I have two young children. I love coffee, reading, and doing crafts. I am looking forward to an exciting school year!
